Author Guidelines

Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the formatting requirements given below and use the official journal templates.

Manuscript Formatting

  • Page Size: A4
  • Margins: Top and Bottom 2.54 cm; Left and Right 2.03 cm.
  • Header: 1.02 cm; Footer: 1.27 cm.
  • Title: Calibri (Headings), 26 pt, color #17365D, followed by a 1.5 pt horizontal line.
  • Author Names: Bold.
  • Major Headings: Bold, 14 pt, color #4F81BD.
  • Main Text: Cambria (Body), 11 pt.
  • Figures: All figures must be centered. The figure caption must be placed below the figure and centered, beginning with Figure 1.
  • Tables: All tables must be centered. The table caption must be placed above the table and centered, beginning with Table 1.
  • Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively according to their order of appearance in the manuscript.
  • All figures and tables should be referred to in the main text.
  • Authors should ensure that figures are clear and suitable for publication.

Citations and References

Authors must use APA 7th Edition for all in-text citations and references. Each cited source must be included in the reference list, and every reference listed must be cited in the manuscript.

Example:

Authors should verify the accuracy of author names, publication details, page numbers, DOI information, and URLs before submission.

Submission Requirements

  • The manuscript should be original and should not be under consideration by another journal.
  • Authors should ensure that appropriate permissions and acknowledgements are provided for any material reproduced from other sources.
  • The manuscript should be carefully checked for language, formatting, citations, and references before submission.
  • Authors should follow the official template as closely as possible to facilitate the editorial and production process.

Note: Manuscripts that do not follow the prescribed formatting and referencing requirements may be returned to the authors for necessary corrections before further processing.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • If an author is facing any issues while submitting their paper through the submission tab, they can directly email it to [email protected]
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file should be in one of the following formats: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or LaTeX.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is 1.3-line spacing; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
